By order of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus dated November 20, 2019 No. 585r, it is envisaged to create a working group in order to develop a strategy for creating the fifth generation (5G) cellular mobile telecommunication networks in the Republic of Belarus. According to the document the working group is entrusted with the duties of: Elaboration of the strategy on creation of the 5G cellular mobile networks in the Republic of Belarus (5G); Preparation of the complex proposals on a model of the creation of the 5G cellular mobile networks in the Republic of Belarus for the direction of them to the Head of State (term – until 2 March 2020).
