Portal for Rating the Quality of Services and Administrative Procedures Provided by Organizations of the Republic of Belarus

The Portal for Rating is a digital feedback instrument that enables citizens to evaluate the quality of performance of organizations of the Republic of Belarus and contributes to improving the level of services provided.

Evaluation Procedure

Citizens may evaluate the quality of performance of state bodies and organizations, as well as leave a comment, after their registration and authorization on the portal using a login and password.

Evaluation Results

Based on the evaluations received from citizens on the Portal for Rating, the rating of organizations is formed. The current rating value and its change over time serve as the basis for drawing a conclusion as to the quality of services provided to the population by state organizations.

The rating of organizations is available for viewing by citizens without prior registration and authorization on the Portal for Rating.

By feedback or by email rpb@ddc.by. In the letter, indicate the organization’s payer’s account number and the need for renaming.

The rating of organizations is formed on the basis of evaluations by citizens who have received services from a particular state organization. Access to the questionnaire for such evaluation is provided on the Portal using one of the search mechanisms available for selecting the organization of interest and clicking the «Evaluate» button. For each completed user questionnaire on the Portal, an average evaluation is calculated across all criteria contained therein. The final evaluation of an organization is the average evaluation across all completed questionnaires relating to that organization. As a result, these evaluations form the rating of organizations by the quality of services provided to the population on the Portal.

An organization may be found on the Portal in any way convenient for the user:

- by the search field;

- in the list of organizations;

- on the map (the «Rating» section);

- by spheres of vital activity and categories.
