On August 30, the 10-day ITU Regional Radiocommunication Seminar 2022 for Europe started its work. The event, which is held online, is attended by the representatives of the Communications Administration of Belarus. The seminar will provide the basic concepts of radio frequency spectrum management at national and international levels, their links with the ITU Radio Regulations, ITU and ITU-R structures and functions, ITU-R study groups, BR departments, and ITU basic texts.
