The elections of new members to the UPU Council of Administration and Postal Operations Council for the period of 2021-2024 have taken place on August 26, 2021 during the 27th Universal Postal Congress in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire. The Republic of Belarus has become a member of the UPU Council of Administration representing Eastern Europe and North Asia.
